Tour Price:
El Tarek Travel tour price are quoted according to the
season of travel, program package, and hotel/ cruise
category.
|
|
Travel Delays:
El Tarek Travel is not responsible for travel delays prior
to departure or during your tour that is brought about
due to technical difficult, strikes, bad weather or wars,
or any means beyond our control. Some times weather or
Nile River traffic delays can alter or to adjust the tour
itinerary. These alterations or adjustment do not
constitute refund.

Refunds (Unused Services):
No refund will be issued to you our your agent for any
unused services, included in your tour, as meals
all hotels accommodation,
domestic air ticket or sleeper train or sight seeing tours
in Egypt.

|
Representatives and Tour Guides:
El Tarek Travel will provide you with a local
representative and tour guide, unless otherwise
indicated.
|
|
Hotel and Cruises:
El Tarek Travel reserves the right to switch/ change
hotel/ cruise accommodation at any time, but ensures the
switch/ change will be made to the same category of
hotel/ cruise available at that time.
|
|
Passports/ Visas:
Passengers are responsible in ensuring that they are in
possession of the correct travel documents before
arrival to Egypt
and they have met all health requirements.
Please check with the nearest consulate office for
information concerning travel visas before you travel and
if you are required to obtain this on any other document
in advance.

|
Cancellation:
All cancellation must be in writing to our office prior to
your departure date. A cancellation fee will be charged
based on the percentage of the total tour price. In the
event that you should cancel after your departure date, no
portion of the tour price will be refunded.

|
Tour Price does not Include:
The tour price dose not include international and/ or
domestic air ticket, ,airport taxes, cost of entry visas
and/ or any travel document, phone calls, laundry
service, meals, beverages, and any other item of a
personal nature that are not shown in the itinerary
presented to you.

Responsibility Waiver:
El Tarek Travel acts as a tour operator only. Our tours
and arrangements are the sole property of El Tarek Travel
and will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury,
delay or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by
any defect in any vehicle accident, or any company and/
or person engaged in conveying
passengers, carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or
otherwise in condition therewith.

Airline Responsibility:
Any airline ticket issued by a given airline, during your
tour will be considered the sole contract between the
airline and the passenger name appearing on the ticket.
|
|
General Information:
* We recommend that you obtain travel insurance prior to
your departure.
* A baggage allowance of approximately 20 Kilograms per
person is permitted on international and domestic
flight.
* We recommend that you obtain an international drivers
license prior to your departure, if you intend to drive.
* Passengers are commended to reconfirm their
international flight approximately 72 hours in advance of
their departure failure to do so might result in the
cancellation of a flight reservation by the airline.
